Well I have been listening to LAUNCH on Yahoo! alot lately and I have heard a few new bands to me and I want to share them with you. So here is what I have come up with. Trust me these bands are awesome!
Probot[/u] (Centuries of Sin, Emerald Law & Sweet Dreams)
This band is awesome and highly contagious. I mean I heard Centuires of SIn first and I wanted more right off the bat and that was awesome. They have a harder sound something as hard as Flaw you know what I mean but not too hard. These guys are awesome and you should go out and find them at the store! A MUST BUY!~
Avion[/u] (It All Falls Back on Me & The Best is Yet to Come)
A layed back band something like the Used and these guys dont hold anything back. Both songs I heard amazed the hell out of me. Great lsiten and very soothing.
Emery[/u] (The Secret)
Same as Avion very layed back and easy to listen to. As soon as I hear more from them I will give you a better analysis.
Suffocation[/u] (Surgery of Impalement)
Every heard of Goatwhore or Anarchy? If you have these guys would be a great band to tour with them. If you havent these guys are really really hard. Something msot people dont like. Death MEtal I think is what they call it. AWESOME!
Brides of Destruction[/u] (Shut the Fuck Up & Revolution)
This band is awesome. I am not sure how to descrive them so find them and see for yourself.

I try to get new bands out there to see what other people think of them. I like the new bands because they always try something new. I do think Probot is Dave Grohls band and the guests I am not sure of. They have a very consistant sound so who knows. Anyways BOD (Brides of Destruction) i cool too so I hope you get a listen to them.

Melee[/u] (The War)
This band is a cross between Modest Mouse and The Killers in a way. It is a good sound and I cant wait to hear more from them. I really like their soothing music. Melee is a must listen to if you like the soothing qualities of rock music.
KMFDM[/u] (Moron)
This band I have heard somewhere before but when I heard Moron last night I was like damn this band is awesome. They classify this band as a Gothic, Industrical Modern Rock band which I do believe says it all. If you havent heard them before get out there and seee what they have to offer. They have recently released an album called WWIII live 2003 and the songs on it are all pretty good and have great qualities about them.

Big Fast Car[/u] (American Dream)
I am listening to this band right now and they are pretty awesome. Their guitar solo on this song American Dream off their album Fuel for the Fire is awesome. It reminds me of Velvet Revolver in a way. Maybe its just me but they do. Also this band is considered Hard Rock. I think you should check them out..

Damage Plan[/u] (Fuck You)
This band is really good. They are on tour with a few other good bands like Lucana Coil just to name on. LOL Sorry dont remember the rest. Anyways thir new album New Found Power has some of the best Hard Rock songs I have hear from a band of this genre. Really I think you should give them a listen. They are on the side of thrash metal meets heavy metal so it might not have a big audience at this site.
Heart[/u] (I'm Fine)
This Classic/Mainstream/HArd Rock band has a chick as a lead singer and they are actually really good. I'm Fine is the first song I have heard off the Jupiter's Darling album but I am telling you its a realyl good song. Lots of classic rock vibes are coming from this band. SOmething to look forward too.

(I believe you are right on that Bob...)
From Bubblegum to Sky[/u] (My on-call Nurse)
This is a pure Indie Rock band. Not many people like Indie rock but you should give this eclectic group of people a listen trust me its worth atleast a listen. Their newest album Nothing Sadder than Lonely Queen is quite good and I think some of you may ge tinto this band.

Seven Wiser (One In Equal)
This band is classified under the Mainstream and Modern Rock categories. I think this band is pretty good and their new release a self-titled album should sell really well. They have a great sound and a great lead vocalist. I think you should give these guys a listen if you already haven't.
Dexter Freebish[/u] (Breakdown & Heavy)
This band is aweosme. There is nothing more to say about them. Everything about this Modern Rock band screams success. Their debut album Tripped into Divine is simply amazing. Every song on their leads well ibnto the next and every song has its own vibe which is very good. This is a must buy!!!
The Kicks[/u] (What do I have to do)
If you like The Vines, The Hives or bands like that you will love The Kicks. They have a great pressence and Indie Rock sound. Their album Hello Hong Kong deserves a listen so thus you should download their songs or find a way to listen to them.
Ingram Hill[/u] (Hangin' Around Again)
I am listening to this Modern Rock band right now and I am amazed by them. They have a unique sound. Very unique indeed. I havent heard anyone like them before. They have a Jet vibe with a very uplifting beat. I dont know you should listen to them to see what your missing. Their album June's Picture Show was released this year and I believe it is their debut album. Something to look forward to this Holiday season.

Ingram Hill[/u] (Hangin' Around Again, Waste it all on you & Will I ever make it home)
This group of guys is really good. Their music is very gravitational if you nkow what I mean. They know how to make you want to listen to more of their music. Their album June's Picture Show was released this year and already sales for the record are off to a great start. This modern rock band has alot more to offer than just a song and notes they offer intellectual lyrics and a pulse thumping sound. Its a must listen for Modern Rock fans alike.
Little Birdy[/u] (Its all my Fault)
This woman fronted group has a very nice and soothing sound. Another one of the Modern Rock bands to emerge this year out of the ashes. Their album Beautiful Lone is a cross between the Yeah-Yeah-Yeah's and a little bit of a Lounge sound. It is very new to me so its a good vibe. I think that they will do good this year. I think you should listen to them just because they have a unique sound.
Tyko[/u] (Phoenix Ray)
This band's new release A Long way from one to zero has a lot of good songs on it. The song I heard first was Phoenix Ray and Iot hought that it was amazing. I heard others but forgot to write them down. Nonetheless this Indie/Modern Rock band deserves to be listened to by all of you. So I suggest you get out there and hear them!
The Music[/u] (Freedom Fighters)
Another Modern Rock band that has caught my attention, the Music is something like most Modern Rock bands but I am really intuned to their lyrics which are really good. I think that you should give their debut album Freedom Fighters a listen. You wont regret it.
There Must Be Giants[/u] (It's Kickin in)
This bands new release (Forgot Name Sorry) is ok. I dont know alot about this band yet as I only hear one sone from their album but I think that some of you here may like it. They are a Modern Rock band, not to your surprise right? LOL anyways give them a listen but not before the rest though. Ill write more on this band in the coming days.
Midnight Movies (Permsimmon Tree)
I just heard this gtroup a couple of minutes ago and I was really amazed. I know I heard of them before because they sound so familiar. But now familiar like other bands but the lead singers voice sounds eerily familiar. Trust me this Modern Rock bands debut album I believe is a must listen so get out there and do something with your life.

Senses Fall[/u] (Dreaming A Reality)
This band's release From the Depths of Dreams in 2003 was a masterful blend of Hardcore Punk and a twist of Modern Rock. Although they protest that they are totally Hardcore Punk there is a sign of the Modern Rock in their music. I think if you do like bands likt Static Lullaby you will definately like this band. So if you are into the Hardcore-Punk scene listen to this band and you shall not be disappointed.
Face To Face[/u] (Disappointed)
This namd is old but I have never heard of them and I am not sure if you have. Their album Reactionary which was released in 2000 was a disappointment if you ask me. They have a great sound but they didnt have much of a following then. I am sure that they have a decent following now but I am not sure. There is sound is a eclectic mix of Modern Rock and Hardcore Punk. It is a great sound but once again I am not sure about this band since I have only heard one song by them.
Guided By Voices[/u] (Gonna Never Have to Die)
This bands name is awesome dont you think. I seen it and I am like I am also Guided by Voices. Anyways their release in 2004 was named Half smiles of the decomposed and it is a Indie-Rock meets Modern Rock sound which is very addicting. I think that their voices may have something to do with it so yeah I think you should allow your voices to listen to them as well.
Supergrass[/u] (Kiss of Life)
This bands Modern Rock release Kiss of Life in 2004 was I believe their debut but maybe their second. Anyways the song I heard of theirs was pretty good and I wanted to get their name out there like I have the rest. Listen to them its another Modern Rock band!
Stale Shirt[/u] (DOn't Die)
This band is pretty good. They have a great Modern Rock sound to them. The song Don't Die is off their 2004 release simply called Stale Shirt. I think that you guys should listen to this band because they have great beats and a great lead singer
Down[/u] (Bury me in Smoke)
This bands release in 2004 called Nola ws another Modern Rock album that had high expectations and really suceeded in their quest. They have a sound that is alot of the mainstream rock mixed with rock and a sprinkle of Modern Rock. I mean its an eclectic sound with a great hook and beat. It hink you should go out there and listen to Down!
Bob Schneider[/u] (C'Mon Baby)
This Adult Alternative bands release I'm Good Now was a disappointment to me. I think it wasn't all that good but hey maybe someone here will like it.
