I am personally asking this question to anyone out there. I have been scared of the dark for some odd reason since I was young. Oh yeah I remember why my cousins use to scare me alot after watching scary movies. With that and my way overactive imagination they get the best of me. I mean I dont sleep with a light on or anything but I like to fall asleep while watching television or listening to my radio. These two things keep my imagination at vay. So how about you are you? And if so how do you deal with it?

I used to be so Fucking scared of the dark. When I moved to Canada, there was a crall space in mine/my cousins bathroom which was connected to our room. And my cousins would tell me that there were Skeletons that would eat me.... even my aunt got in on it for a while, it was so mean. And I always had the bathroom light on, and my cousin would get mad at me because I had it on all the time at night. And then.... I grew outta that phase. Though, I dont like to be alone in the house when its night time, just in case someone breaks in and kills me.

I am more afraid of someone coming in and attacking me than the dark anymore. But I like the comfort of knowing something is there with me that is safe. I remember when I lived on my own I hated the dark because it is so lonely and thats what gets you thinking of things you shouldnt think of like the dead and other things. Fire also scares me.

Yeah.... now I kinda know prolly how old people feel when they live by themselves. That must be harsh on someone of that age! I feel bad now for my grandma(s). lol

Yeah without a doubt the older a person is the more they might be afraid because death is so close. But also living on your own for the first time can scare people bad.

I am more afraid of someone coming in and attacking me than the dark anymore. . never been scared of the dark myself, but i used to get scared in a dark alleyway if i was walking by myself but that is probably coz when i was 6 or seven a guy that sat beside me in class was murdered for no reason and his brother and dad was nearly killed. it was a mirical that his bro survived. a man went into their house and stabbed simon (my m8) and his brother michael, then their dad came in scared of roma (the murderer) and got stabbed in the process. The reason for this was that the voices made him do it-he was nuts-now lance don't obey your voice that tells you to kill some1... I am alone now, and its dark so i'll just go get a gun |

LOL I have so many voices so the one voice that says kill there are many more saying fuck off and dont be afraid you know what I mean? I dont want to bugger anyone with my bloody fears but sometimes it is good so people know more about me.

I think everyone is scared of the dark at one point in time. I still am sometimes, Like when you are juss in the dark and you think of something scary. But everytime I'm in the dark, I feel like someones watching Me.

Well sometimes when I am sleeping and I have a nightmare and I wake up the thing that gets my heart going is when the light shines in my room and catches somethign just right making it look like someones in my room or sometimes something is in my room. Now that is scary shit to me.

I am afriad of nothing. I scared once Lance so bad one time he almost pissed his pants and then I alsmot did because I was laughing so fucking hard!
